Our benchmark for alterations is that the garment you have tailored with us should return to you fitting perfectly to the specifications that you pinned while maintaining the exact original silhouette and details as when it was originally manufactured.

To further prove that Air Tailor takes quality seriously and that we are confident in our craftsmanship, we guarantee the work of every single order completed by an Air Tailor Partner. This means that Air Tailor goes above and beyond to offer fair reimbursement in the unlikely event of damages. We understand that every garment is constructed differently, so we evaluate each order on a case-by-case basis. If an order is damaged, we will compensate 10-50% of the current retail value, unless a receipt is offered that shows the item was purchased within 30 days of the order.
